Bea Binka is a photographer from Kitchener. Bea started her photography journey while studying Advertising and Graphic Design. After completing college, she became the manager of a photo studio which she then left to start her own Video Production company. Some of her work has been featured on various channels and television shows. After 18 years in the business, she hung up her video cameras. It didn’t take long before Bea picked up a camera again; this time a DSLR and started shooting high-school sports. From sports, Bea started shooting Macro, then landscapes with an emphasis of waterfalls, to nature. She still continues to learn and try new genres. Her goal is to create Fine Art from anyplace with any lens and any subject. Bea has always been passionate and obsessed with animals, so wildlife and bird photography became her main interest and focus. And that is what she is known for today.
She has shared her passion with people close to her by doing some one-on-one teaching and arranged outings for herself and friends over the years. So as things evolve, she has started developing formal workshops and doing speaking engagements.
